Domoz sends a Razorpay payment link only after the customer confirms the order. The order is placed and a token is generated only after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are accepted through WhatsApp while the shop is open. Business location and pickup details are shared with customers during order coordination.
Cancellation and refund policy
Customers may cancel before payment. Once payment succeeds and preparation starts, cancellation may not be available. If Domoz cannot fulfil a paid order due to item unavailability or operational issues, customers can contact Domoz on WhatsApp for refund support. Eligible refunds are processed back through the original payment method where possible.
Privacy policy
Domoz stores the customer's name, WhatsApp number, order details, and payment status to manage orders and pickup tokens. Payment information is processed by Razorpay; Domoz does not store card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
Terms
Menu availability and prices may change. A Domoz order is confirmed only after successful payment. Customers must show their WhatsApp token at pickup. Orders are prepared for the selected token date shown in the WhatsApp confirmation.
